European Championships 2009

Following their successful Kilkee Training Camp, Brian and Stephan are organising another training weekend, but this this time in Sligo.

For those who thought the 2009 Hell of the West was tough consider doing it back to back approx 4 times in the heat of Austria. This year LTC will be represented by 10 hardy athletes most of whom are already seasoned ironman veterans

 It was "Hell" of a different kind for the Hell of the West 25th Anniversary Race last weekend - normally it is the unrelenting wind on the bike course that earns the race it's name but this year it was the heat - turned right up .But no wind made for some great times, with David Graham, of the Irish Development Squad, breaking his own 2007 course record of 2.10.43, by more than 2 minutes, to finish in a time of 2.08.33 and
