This year the weekend will be lead by our recently trained club coaches with a mix of cycling and running and possibly a swim. Contrary to popular belief, Dingle is only 2 hours drive from Limerick so don't be scared by the distance.

TI Technical officials

Triathlon Ireland are seeking Technical Officials for their 2012 panel. The TO's are an important part of every race and provide an objective outlook to the organisers. TI pays a small fee and expences to the TOs as an incentive.  Further details here

All clubs in the country are required to nominate members to the panel as part of our affiliation and Race sanctioning. Becoming a TO is very straight forward as TI run free one day courses around the country (see here for the 2012 dates) including here in Limerick.

Rather than have the same people Volunteer every year, we need some new faces to be the LTC nominee's.

If you are interested or would like to know more please contact secretary@limericktriathlon.com
