FOOT SOLUTIONS – Well Worth a Visit
After years of battling with running injury after injury, motion control shoes to cushioned runners, insoles to heel supports I recently decided to pay a visit to the experts at recently opened Foot Solutions at 2 O Connell Street, Limerick.
Kilkee Records
The weather forcast for Saturday looks great for West Clare (Not very Hellish!) and ideal for setting a course record (new course)which currently stands at 2:10:43 David Graham (2007) and 2:27:49 Katherina Baldinger (2008)
We have organised plenty of water (Thanks to UISCE) for the run section and recovery area afterwards. Don't forget to bring loads of high factor Sunscreen !
