wednesday the 13th and thursday the 14th the st.endas "super-swimmer" training sessions will start back. the season( which just to add runs past joey & kilkee
is fast approaching so what is going to happen with the sessions?????? the wednesday evening sessions will be slightly harder than the thursday evening sessions, so for those who don't swim with John in any of the morning sessions but who are good swimmers than wednesday is the day to get in the "workout" and thursday will be a day to polish up on the technique. if you can only make one day choo choo choose wisely
. i will ask this of all future victims..... please bring along fins and a pull buoy ( all can be bought with a club discount from either gleeson sports shop or limerick sports store. discount is 10% yippeee). the first block of lessons will be geared towards "Joey" and from there depending on interest we might carry forward until killkee... that is up to you all. we are also hoping to have a turbo session before the swim on thursdays. i will know more about this by the weekend. i always like to keep things interesting
the cost of the sessions. we have to increase the price slightly and i apologise. the old price was 55 euro and the new price is 60 euro, if we go ahead with the turbo class(dependent on interest???,) that will be extra all dependent on the cost of the hall. i will also be taking club membership for the first 2 weeks- please be advised that there " might be a camera in action one of the nights- if you dont want to be filmed, i understand but the week before i bring the camera i will annouce it and dont be shy just tell me" this will help you to look at your stroke and see what i see
