For those that didn’t make the Duathlon there was still a chance to get even wetter later in the day out in Adare at the West Limerick AC Annual Adare 10km road race. There was a good showing of club members and a mix of our Tuesday night Track colleagues. Before the start the rain got even heavier and was delayed a few minutes, but just enough time so Conor O’Dea and Niall O’Donovan could make the start after already completing a three hour bike ride in training for Ironman Switzerland. It was a great race and there was some great times achieved by all LTC members. Results attached.
