Dear Club Members,
I trust you are keeping well and had a good Easter break.
Next Sunday, 30th of March, is our final duathlon of the series for 2008. Barbara CLancy has done a great job as race director. Thank you to her, and all of you who have helped out, marshalled and orgainised marshalls for the races so far. It promises to be an exciting race as who will win the series outright will only be decided on the day. Two course records have been broken so far this year. Will the records hold?? It's all there to compete for.
To make sure we continue Limerick Triathlon Clubs tradition of a high standard of race organisation we need to get into gear again. For our duathlon race we need 16 marshalls.
So far for next Sunday we have:
Terry Ryan, Niamh Yelverton, Mark Dempsey. Orla Mooney, Michael O'Briens nominee, Ciaran O'Connor, myself. As you can see we need 9 more people.

I want club members people who haven't marshalled yet this year to come forward and make themselves available. As I've said already I don't want to stop anyone who wants to race so please organise a friend to marshall for you - they can cheer you on and marshall!!
Please email me back if you can marshall or can organise a marshall for next Sunday. Barbara and I need to know by Friday how many marshalls we have.
Marshalls need to be in St. Endas for 10am. Race starts at 10.30.
We also need our club members competing to be there at 8.30-9am to set-up the bike park and put up the "race in progress" signs.
Remember this is all part of being in a great club as we have in Limerick.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours in sport
Liz and the LTC committee
