Hello all,

www.triathlone.com is accepting entries for 2008. We are delighted to have been awarded the 2010

european championships. As part of the build up to this and from review the event over the last 2 years.

while we are still running our sprint and tri-a-tri events, there are some significant changes to the event this year:

(1) we have a brand new swim, bike and run course

(2) we have an alternative sprint swim course (all downstream) should we have the extraordinary amount of rain again this year

     lets hope not!!

(3) earlier start time so you can be done and dusted by lunch time (it also means, NO traffic and loads of PARKING)

(4) men only and women only races

(5) The republic of irelands first ever, ITU (internationl triathlon union), elite european cup (beejing olympic games warm up) in the afternoon.

     Some of the worlds top triathletes will be competiting.

(6) We have also created a brand new entry system. If you are considering entering it is VERY IMPORTANT you give your full mailing address, as entries will be posted out 2 weeks before the event. You will need this pack to gain entry to the registration

which this year is IN the transition area, rather then out of the town.

When you have registered you can log back into the system to change your details.
